Post Class rule 8.3?

Στους νέους κανονισμούς κλάσης που ισχύουν από 14/4/2011 έχει εξαφανιστεί ο κανονισμός 8.3 που στο προηγούμενο version των κανονισμών αναφερόταν ως:

8.3 No member of the crew shall station any part of his/her torso outside the upper lifeline other than temporarily, notwithstanding the provisions of Racing Rules of Sailing 49.

Θεωρούμε ότι πλέον μπορούμε να βγάζουμε το σώμα μας έξω από τα ρέλια. Έχει κάποιος διαφορετική άποψη;
